Exchange & Return Policy
ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging. Accessories and shoe care must be unopened and unworn. Customers need to fill out the return form inside of the box and send it back with their shoes.
EXCHANGES
On your original packing slip, please clearly indicate the stock number size, and width of the merchandise that you would prefer. Enclose the packing slip with your carton. Please send the package to Warson Brands. Customer must pay for the inbound shipping of the old item.
RETURNS
Please clearly indicate on your packing slip the reason for your return. State that you prefer to have funds credited to your charge card or PayPal account. You will receive the full purchase price of the product (Shipping charges are not refundable). Enclose the packing slip in the carton and return to Warson Brands. New returns are subject to a $3.00/pr. restocking fee. If the carton is damaged, there will also be an additional fee of $2.50.

Return and exchange requests for product purchased directly through one of our authorized retailers should be processed directly through that retailer. We only accept returns for purchases made through Rockport-Works.com.
